Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management solution, which will grant you complete control over your e-mailboxes and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-handle GUI, you can create a new mailbox in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Besides, you can forward e-mail messages from one email box account to another, configure e-mail filters, set up autoresponders and shield your e-mailboxes against junk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your e-mail boxes against junk electronic mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unasked-for mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular e-mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming email messages on the basis of specific criteria set by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can swiftly set up an e-mail filter for any of your mailbox accounts and define the filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mails from one e-mail account to another, or even to several other e-mailbox accounts. Simply select the e-mailbox account you want to redirect electronic mail messages from, then specify the destination email box and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly configure the email client of your choice to access your e-mail box accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you wish to set up on your desktop computer or mobile phone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new electronic mail account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple email mailboxes simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to see and our system will handle everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
